Empowering You Now is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is committed to improving lives through engaging interactive workshops with individuals and organizations to help them identify and overcome obstacles that prevent their goal achievement.
We facilitate interactive workshops that give the participants the ability to role-play and become proficient in using the newly introduced skills. We have a variety of topics to meet our client needs; Conflict Resolution, Understanding Codependency, Managing Your Emotions, and others.
